  • The operating system was patched from AIX 5.2 ML3 to ML7 on February 02, 2006
  • The operating system was re-installed succesfully during the week of August 9, 2004
  • Amber8 was installed on August 24, 2004
  • The blast databases were downloaded the week of August 23. The software was installed August 30, 2004
  • R (the language and environment for statistical computing and graphics) was installed on September 29, 2004
  • Bioperl was installed on September 29, 2004
  • BioConductor was installed on September 30, 2004
  • Teiresias was installed on October 15, 2004. It runs as a web application on this web server.
  • GenesAtWork was installed on October 15, 2004. It is accessible from the IBM by running the command gaw
  • GenePattern was installed on October 18, 2004. It runs as a web application on this web server.
